A Customer Service Representative interacts with an organisation's customers to meet their needs and ensure that they get maximum value from the business.

They are usually the first point of contact between the organisation and its customers.
The role

  • Working within commercial insurance
  • Dealing with existing and new customers
  • Amendments of existing policies
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable, but not essential).
  • Customer Service Experience within a commercial or retail role.
  • Sales Experience preferable.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • A flexible, peopleorientated approach to everything you do.
  • Organised, and a good ability to prioritise and timemanage effectively.
  • Strong I.T. literacy (MS Word/Excel).
  • Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Able to work 9am5pm, Monday-Friday.
