Description

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist at our Distrigo Parts Distribution Centre in Norwich.

Working as part of our Purchasing Team you will be primarily responsible for resolving backorders from our manufacturer partners and sourcing alternative supply where appropriate.

In addition, you will be tasked with providing up to date backorder status reports for our key accounts as well as supporting the Purchase Team with other daily duties where required.


You will need to have a high attention to detail along with a proven knowledge of Microsoft Systems such as Excel and Outlook.

Hours
40 hours per week Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm with 30 minutes Lunchbreak.


Salary
£22,500 + bonus (OTE £24,000)


Key responsibilities include

  • Resolving backorder enquiries by liaising with suppliers and escalating situations via manufacturer ticketing system.
  • Processing and providing backorder status reporting to our key accounts.
  • Sourcing alternative supply for backorder parts.
  • Assisting Warehouse Administration team as and when required.
