Service Delivery Agent

Location:
Dartford Office (Crossways Business Park, DA2)

Rate of Pay:
£12.49 per hour

Swanstaff are currently looking to recruit Service Delivery Agents for our key client, a major financial and retail technology company that specialises in the sale, manufacture and installation of self-service transaction systems (point of sale terminals).

The role will be working from their Dartford office, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break).

Key Responsibilities include:

Supporting the resolution of hardware breaks/fix and associated issues for nominated customers in real time.
Proactively monitor call stacks, ensuring agreed service level agreements adhered to.
Updating call history on the call management system.
Liaising with clients, updating them of any potential issues.
Handling progress chasing calls from the customer.

Requirements:

Welldeveloped planning and organisation skills.
High degree of attention to detail with ability to work to high standards of accuracy.
Excellent telephone manner, always maintaining strong sense of customer focus.
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
Good problemsolving skills.
Relationship building skills, consistently developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and colleagues.
