Description

We are looking for a full time person with a skill for managing your own time and being proactive in a fast paced office environment here in Truro.

Formed in 1986, we're a family owned residential letting agency.

We require a articulate and mature-minded person with a can-do attitude to join our team, delivering effective and accurate solutions to landlords and tenants alike.

You must be someone who understands how to prioritise a work load to deliver results while engaging and supporting the whole team.

Key responsibilities will include but may over time develop beyond.

  • Managing the process of raising tenancies, incorporating Landlord Gas Safety, Energy Performance Certificates, Security Deposit Registration and Electrical Installation Reports.
  • Recording accurate maintenance enquiries and generate an appropriate job order.
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with the enquiries.
  • Obtaining feedback from viewings and updating landlord accordingly.
  • Conduct Zoom property inspections.


In return we offer a salary enhanced by not having to work weekends or bank holidays (we are open Monday 9 to 5 and Fridays 9 to 4.30) This is an office based position where a car is not required as part of the job.

We operate from a modern office and promote a happy working environment boosted by our office dog "Willow".


Salary:
From £18,525.00 per year
