Description

About the role
You will join the team at an exciting and critical time in our digital development.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with enthusiasm and initiative to support the Head of Digital Products and wider team as we deliver a new roadmap for our core digital products.

You will collaborate with users and a wide range of experts and stakeholders to fully understand our organisational outcomes, and design high-quality content that's easy to find, simple to understand and accessible to everyone.

You'll work across Joseph Rowntree Foundation and Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust, translating often complex information into user stories and create engaging, useful content.

Each member of the team plays an important role in us achieving our mission and we recognise the critical nature of digital in that journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and embed our approach to the Content Design specialism.

About you

We are looking for an exceptional communicator who can demonstrate their experience of producing outstanding content tailored to meet user needs.

With advanced copywriting and editing skills, a passion for accessibility and plenty of content experience, you will be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will be collaborative, able, and keen to work with colleagues across JRF and JRHT and with external partners.

So, if you are someone who writes for the web, and have ideas about how we can do that efficiently, then we want to hear from you.
