Job Title:
Cleaner for New Builds


Location:
Bristol Filton


Pay:
£13 - £14 per hour depending on experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Clean new builds after construction
  • Ensure the new builds are ready for occupancy
  • Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
- have full PPE, Hard hat, Gloves, Hi-Viz, steel toe cap boots

  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:


  • Must have a CSCS card or Booked on a course
  • Driving license is preferable
  • Ability to work independently or as a Team
  • Must be Selfemployed and Cis Reg ( we can help with this)
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Physically fit to carry out cleaning tasks
  • Hard worker

Benefits:

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£13.00-£14.00 per hour
