We are recruiting a Supply Chain Planner for our client who are an award-winning, privately owned pet food business based in Worcestershire.

The Supply Chain Planner role offers a competitive salary of £30k with annual bonus. You will receive 25 days holiday, free pet food, cash health plan and more.

This role is working full time Monday to Friday with some from days from home and some from the office.

Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, you will focus heavily on critically analysing and interpreting sales trends.

You will prepare forecasts of stock requirements for all markets, with particular emphasis on the timing and requirements of international customers.

As Supply Chain Planner you will manage the order to delivery process for cross trade orders with emphasis on lead-times, documentation, and customer specific requirements, working closely with suppliers, as well as internal departments.

You will monitor inventory levels and arrange stock replenishment across multiple locations worldwide and manage changing demand in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare advance order schedules and work closely with suppliers on manufacturing requirements and timings.

Working in a small but vitally important team, establishing effective relationships with suppliers and internal colleagues will be important to your success.

Have a minimum of intermediate Excel skills. This is essential
Are analytical and have the ability to problem solve.
Are excellent communicators.
Have a minimum of one year relevant experience of planning and stock management in a similar industry and environment.
Have knowledge of SAPB
Have Microsoft Office 365 experience.
Can build rapport and are positive team players that think logically.
