Gellinudd Recovery Centre is a Locked Rehabilitation Mental Health Hospital based in the Swansea Valley.

We provide individually recovery-focused care to female patients with complex needs in line with Adferiad's values as Wales's leading co-occurring mental health and substance misuse charity.

We are seeking to recruit a Bank Recovery Practitioner with suitable experience in working with service users with mental health difficulties.

You will be expected to act as a support worker within the hospital, supporting the staff nurses in their assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.

Duties will include supporting individuals with their needs both at the hospital and within the community by developing a therapeutic relationship to help people achieve their goals in recovery.

Individual support sessions as well as the delivery of group therapeutic activities are encouraged.
