This is an exciting opportunity to join AGH Solutions, Team of the Year - Catering.

We are now recruiting for an Catering Coordinator, this role is a multifunctional role, and will cover Catering Services, and help to ensure the highest standards of service are given to our patients, service users and colleagues, working along side the Service Leads


Our Catering Team which recently won Team of the Year, is passionate about our patients experience, and developing our service to meet the needs of our patients, colleagues and service users, but also that we work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, building upon the trusts foundations and right care values.


You will play an active part in enhancing our Patients and Colleagues Experience, to ensure service delivery and data/information is managed effectively, accurately and that all databases are kept up to date and available, including ESR.


The post holder will be responsible for accurate inputting, general admin and the highest level of accuracy and care is to be carried out at all times.


Preparing and delivery of the onboarding of new colleagues, including local induction, training and delivery of recurrent training of catering colleagues.

Due to the nature of this role you will need to be 18+ in order to fulfil this role


The role of the Catering Co-ordinator is to support the Head of Patient Meal Services / Head of Retail and Assistant Catering Services Manager to assist with the day-to-day operational administration of Catering department, therefore flexibility is an important component of the post.

To ensure service delivery and data / information is managed effectively, accurately and that all databases are kept up to date and available including ESR


The post holder will be responsible for accurate inputting, general admin, and the highest level of accuracy and care is to be carried out at all times.

Preparing and delivery of the onboarding of new colleagues, including local induction, training, and delivery of recurrent training of catering colleagues


To communicate effectively at all levels with colleagues within AGH Solutions Ltd, Airedale NHS Foundation Trust; and any external customers.


The post holder must be able to work unsupervised, on their own initiative and arrange their work load effectively to meet the appropriate deadlines.
