This successful city firm have a thriving commercial property department acting for clients including landlords, tenants, developers, buyers, sellers and funders.

In order to continue its development and growth, the team is keen to recruit an additional commercial property solicitor.

Your experience should include:

All aspects of commercial property
Property Development work
Acting for borrowers in property refinancing
Landlords and Tenant lease

You will be expected to contribute to the business development activities currently undertaken by the team.

The role would suit a commercial property solicitor with at least 5 years' post qualification experience in a range of commercial property work who is looking for a new opportunity in London with a successful and growing firm offering a varied caseload, greatworking environment and excellent long-term prospects.
