IT ASSISTANT

MW Eat is a successful restaurant business based in London, with a Head Office in Marble Arch, and 7 restaurants all in London.

It has sophisticated IT systems within the Head Office, and between the Head Office and the restaurants. The company has a highly experienced Head of IT.

Role
The IT role is a full time role comprises supporting the Head of IT in:

General network and hardware trouble shooting
Printer troubleshooting and maintenance
Support role for IT director
Coordinating support for restaurant Epos and order management systems.

Requirements:

Proven 1st Line support skills in Microsoft, Windows 10 and 1
Management of CCTV systems.
Wireless network systems.
Network diagnostic and trouble shooting skills.
Flexible, hardworking, and adaptable.
Management of IT suppliers and equipment ordering.
Very good command of English, and communication skills.

Location
Office at London Marble Arch, W- modern and air conditioned

Hours of work
The normal hours are 9am to 6.00 pm.

However, since the restaurants operate 7 days a week, this will require complete flexibility to respond to emergencies outside normal office hours including evenings and weekends within the average of 42.

5 hours per week

Pay
£26,000-£34,000 per annum depending on experience, plus restaurant eating benefits
