Position Overview:

Embrace a central responsibility within the disability assessment process, a task of immense importance. Operating autonomously, you will evaluate cases of individuals who are seeking the PIP benefit.

These individuals contend with conditions that profoundly influence their day-to-day lives, and your empathetic approach will complement your investigative mission.

Requirements for the Disability Assessor Role:

Possess a minimum of 12 months' experience in positions such as RGN, RMN, RNLD, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Doctor.


Compensation and Benefits:


  • Fulltime: Earn a competitive salary of £35,000 with an additional £1000 bonus upon achieving disability assessor status.
  • Unleash your potential: Seize the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus of up to 10%, contingent upon the excellence of your assessment reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Undertake three assessments and formulate three comprehensive reports within each working day.
  • Engage in conversations with PIP benefit claimants, assessing a diverse range of intricate conditions and impairments.
  • Utilise your verbal communication skills and specialized IT system to craft highquality, unbiased, and precise assessment reports.
