The post holder will work as an employee of the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board as a Project Support Officer within the Primary Care, Communities and Social Value directorate and will support the Community programmes.


To support the Integrated Community Care Team with timely, efficient and effective deliver of projects and programmes in line with Primary Care, Communities & Social Value.


To support and be the first point of contact for the team with stakeholder engagement work to support the development of key strategies, including taking the day-to-day lead on agreed initiatives.


To manage elements of the project and provide administration support for project management processes, policy, procedures, tools and techniques to the Integrated Community Care Team in the Primary Care, Communities and Social Value Directorate.


To track and report progress and performance of a number of projects to task and finish groups and other associated meetings.

To support the development of service improvement programmes as required.


This post holder will:


  • Support the ICB team in the development of Primary Care commissioning plans that will inform the development of the Local Plan and delivery of strategic objectives
  • Develop a working knowledge and understanding of the integrated community teams; its culture, people, communities and services
  • Work proactively under own initiative to ensure the delivery of project milestones
  • Undertake information/project analysis
  • Contribute to effective information management within the team
  • Lead specific projects or work areas as agreed with the Programme Lead
  • Maintain effective data collection systems as required by the team.
  • Analyse data and produce reports for the Integrated Community Care Team
  • Work under own initiative to promote Primary Care and Community engagement work with Stakeholders
  • Organise meetings or event and assist in the diary management requirements of individuals in connection with portfolio of work.
  • Responsible for delivering communications, reports, and updates on project phases in terms of the programme portfolio as appropriate and update of ASPYRE PMO.


Working as a part of our Primary Care, Communities and Social Value team you will actively support programme activities as part of the Integrated Community Care team.


NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), is a new statutory organisation bringing the NHS together locally to improve population health and establish shared strategic priorities within the NHS.

The ICB is part of a wider Lincolnshire Integrated Care System which has four key objectives:

The post holder will work as a member of the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board's Primary Care, Communities and Social Value Team.


The post holder will:
