MI & Claims Officer


Reports To:
Project Manager


Salary:
Circa £22,000 per annum

Hours: 37 Hours per week


Location:
Barrow in Furness


About the role


The focus of the role is to support management and partners in the collation of information including financial information for delivery claims.

The Post holder will ensure information appertaining to the partnership is accurate, submissions meet funding deadlines and management systems are maintained accurate and up to date.

The post holder will also support the wider partnership network to achieve its objectives via co
- ordination of network meetings and events, sharing of information and promotion.


Skills and Experience requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business Administration Level 2 or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of the local voluntary and community
  • Ability to work on own initiative and selfmanage work load whilst being a team player and recognising the importance of partnership working
  • Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams & PowerPoint and Data Management Systems
  • Have previous experience of tracking improvements using Action Plans/STAR Outcomes or similar
  • Experience of data collection and collation, including writing reports and case studies
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Flexibility and be able to adapt to the needs of Partners and Management Team
  • Previous experience in a similar role
