Customer Service Advisor - Beverley

Previous experience is desirable but not essential although you will be expected to bring a positive, people orientated approach to everything you do.

Due to the expansion of our business, there may be progression opportunities in the future for the right person.

• Experience working with customers over the telephone and face to face, preferably in an insurance or financial background
• Used Microsoft and sales support systems
• Good organisational skills and a problemsolving mentality
• The ability to communicate confidently and effectively
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or

above

The salary is up to £22,000 depending on experience. The position is full time standard office hours, 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
