About Our Client:

Our client is a leading player in the retail industry. With an extensive product range, they pride themselves on delivering superior customer service and are based in Hassocks, UK.

  • Efficiently process customer orders
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and customer details
  • Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain team to ensure stock availability
  • Assist in identifying and resolving any order or delivery issues
  • Contribute to team targets and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Order Processor should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with the retail industry
