As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Storeman/Driver to join our team.

As part of our expansion plans, we are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Storeman/Driver to support our operations in managing inventory and delivering welding consumables to our customers.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse and distribution processes.


Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and organise incoming shipments of welding consumables
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records
• Prepare orders for shipment and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize workflow and improve efficiency
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Storeman/Driver in a warehouse or similar environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Valid Forklift licence

• Preference
• Familiarity with welding consumables and related products is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of reliability, integrity, and professionalism

Salary:
£7.65-£13.92 per hour
