The Role:
The Associate Training Delivery Specialist's role is to support the day-to-day business operations of ForgeRock Knowledge Delivery - a global technical training business.
Responsibilities:
- Handling class and exam registration requests
- Passing registration requests to the appropriate Authorised Training Partner as required
- Queries regarding class dates and cancellations
- Responding to certification and accreditation questions
- Class lab extension requests
- Responsible for maintenance of the ticketing system, supporting the wider team with ticket management and SLA improvement.
- Handle standard requests for assistance during class delivery
Typical requests include:
- Issuing ebooks
- Setting up/amending virtual labs
- Logging support tickets with thirdparty vendors
- Responsible for operational Training Delivery tasks.
This includes daily tasks such as:
- Setting up and sending out course materials for all classes
- Updating internal and external student registration details
- Following up with student attendance records and surveys
- Supporting the creation, maintenance and tracking of articles in the University Quality Management System and keeping track of required updates and changes.
- Arranging meetings for the Training management team.
Competencies and Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good time management skills
Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong collaboration, verbal & written communication and teamwork skills within a distributed team
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Excellent computer skills; fluent in Word; Powerpoint; Excel
- Prior experience of using a customer relationship management system (CRM)
- The ability to be selfmotivated
