Shift Leader


Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and coordinate various tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
• Supervise and train staff members
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
