About The Role:

Security Officer

London

£13.15 per hour

4 on 4 off days nights and weekend

Days 07:00 to 19:00 and Nights 19:00 to 07:00
A fantastic Opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for Security officers, who will work at our clients Hospital.

You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and excellent customer service to both our clients and service users.

We require Officers to be SIA licenced (Door Supervisor, Security Guarding or Close Protection)

Duties as a Security Officer

Act as the first point of contact response to incidents (Police, LFB, Local Authorities etc.)
Meeting and greeting
Protecting Staff and members of the public
Ensure Health & Safety of staff and visitors
Respond effectively to all alarm activations
Any additional reasonable duties requested by operational management

Job role requirements as a Security Officer

SIA Licence (Door Supervision, Security Guarding or Close Protection)
To be confident and comfortable working with in a Mental Health Environment
Deliver excellent customer service
Basic IT skills
Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
Good communication skills with the ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
High standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability
Work as part of a team
Able to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from visitors and patients
An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to visitor's needs
No previous experience is required; however, you must be able to work in a Mental Health Environment and show the appropriate attitude to all Staff, visitors and patience
