Description

Due to the nature of the role you will be expected to manage a busy and diverse team covering multiple bars across site ensuring your team are at all times maximising revenue and upselling when possible.

You will also be tasked with ensuring that every guesthas a pleasurable visit, ensuring all guest areas are clean and presentable at all times.

You will be expected to, along with the Bars Manager, to work alongside other HODs ensuring seamless service between the kitchen, restaurant and F&B teams.

You will work a varied shift pattern and will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different roles.

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a market leading family run company like no other in Cambridgeshire, where no two days will be the same and you will have excellent opportunities to grow and develop.

Due to location It is essential that the Assistant Bars Manager has a FULL DRIVING LICENCE as the hotel is not always accessible via public transport.
