I am seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with iTrent experience to join my nationwide client.


As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects related to iTrent, the HR and Payroll system.

Trent Project Support:

Collaborate with the project managers and cross-functional teams to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of iTrent implementation projects.

Provide support in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • System Integration: Work closely with the IT department to coordinate the integration of iTrent with existing systems, such as payroll, timekeeping, and employee data. Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the integration process.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and user manuals. Generate regular status reports, highlighting project milestones, risks, and issues. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, uptodate, and easily accessible.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in conducting quality assurance checks to ensure that iTrent is implemented and configured according to project requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve any discrepancies or system issues.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in an IT or HR environment.
  • Understanding of iTrent or similar HR management systems.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Experience in conducting user training and providing enduser support.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and regulations is a plus.
