We might just have the role for you We are looking to expand a team of Customer Service advisors for a prestigious Financial Services Company.


Huntswood is looking for a Customer Service Advisor with Telephone based Customer Service Experience to join an exciting project in Sheffield.


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact dealing with inbound queries and appointing calls to the relevant parties.

The roll is Hybrid basis, £130 Per day, Initial 6-month contract, 8-8 shifts on a rotational basis, Includingweekend work.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience. Ideally Inbound call related.
  • Flexibility to work or 128) on a Biweekly basis including some weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy and written communication skills
