Comtec/Netceed is a leading supplier of product and logistics services to the Telecommunications, CATV and Datacomms industries.The company is experiencing exciting turnover and profitability growth and is ideally suited to capitalise on further opportunities within the fast-moving telecoms industry.
With our continued expansion comes the need to recruit a Materials controller who will make a positive contribution to our business.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain Stocking Profiles on the ERP System
- Maintain records on ERP system inline with materials order planning
- Order Products from approved suppliers to maintain stock levels
- Expedite and delay shipments as prompted by changes in requirements
- Communicate with the sales team regarding product status
- Manage day to day supplier queries
- Resolve supplier Noncompliance issues reported via goodsin department
- Reporting availability of KPI's
- Working with the import team to manage international orders
Key Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and under your own initiative
- Experience of working in a commercial environment
- Experience of using supply chain planning aspects of an ERP system
- Organized and able to multitask to achieve results
- Effective communication managing supplier relationships
- Analytical skills capable of interpreting data and financial impact
- Able to use Microsoft Excel up to an intermediate level.
Job Types:

Up to £27,500.00 per year
