Overview:

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a Project Management Degree Apprenticeship.


You will be responsible for the scoping, planning, implementation and ongoing account management of individual CAFM delivery projects for specified FM180 clients.


Location & Hours:

Flexible 36.5hrs per week, predominantly home based with a requirement to visit Harrogate Office as required.
You need the ability to travel and work from client locations nationally across UK and Ireland. [so being able to drive is a key requirement]


Salary:

£20,000 per annum.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and assist clients in defining FM requirements including best practice, statutory requirements and best use of their preferred systems.
  • Own and take responsibility for specified projects.
  • Become expert in the use and implementation of all systems provided by FM180.
  • Understand FM theory, practice and delivery in order to advise clients on system selection.
  • Ensure that FM180 Project Delivery meets the services levels agreed within the business and with clients.
  • Uphold the standards of work, dress and ethics of FM180.
  • Provide line management to FM180 support staff and to set a good example.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to during daytoday work both within the Operations department and across the business as a whole.
  • Proactively identify issues and suggest processes which could improve the efficiency of project delivery within the company.
  • Liaise with external and internal project teams to ensure effective delivery.
  • Provide validation of new implementations and projects before they are made live to ensure Quality Assurance for clients and that the support team are equipped to support them.
  • Maintain technical and professional skills and knowledge to a suitable professional standard. z
  • Where new systems are implemented, to fully cooperate in learning the skills required for support, with or without formal training.
  • Carry out any other reasonable management task requested.

What we are looking for:


Desirable:


  • Understanding of Building Information Modelling in the UK
  • Knowledge of or be working towards a BIM manager qualification
  • Awareness of ISO19650 or PAS1192 standards
  • Hold a technical engineering qualification i.e., Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing
  • Understand the Digital Plan of Works process and the Government Soft Landing approach
  • General PC, Laptop and peripherals troubleshooting and support
  • LAN and WAN hardware connectivity troubleshooting and support
  • Experience of working in a structured support environment, delivering to SLA's and KPI's

Entry requirements:


  • 120 UCAS Tariff points
  • English Language GCSE at Grade C (4+)

As well as:


  • Hold a recognised FM qualification
  • Hold or be working towards a recognised Project Management qualification
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
