Description
The Opus Talent Solutions Group focuses on delivering diverse tech talent to our global clients, working with start-ups through to FTSE 500 companies across the technology and renewable energy sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Helping our Sales Teams stay compliant with their deals, ensuring that the relevant authorisations have been obtained and recorded prior to engaging Clients.
- Liaising with Sales Teams, Clients and Contractors to ensure that all commercial and compliance activities are completed and recorded before and during an engagement.
- Reviewing commercial and contractual documents and ensuring that concerns or changes requested beyond your delegated authority are escalated to the correct person.
- Preparing commercial and contractual documents and issuing for signature
- Requesting, gathering, and filing compliance documents from Clients and Contractors and ensuring these are logged in our systems.
- Entering and maintaining data in our systems and databases, analysing, and cleansing data, producing reports
- Ensuring that time worked is submitted by Contractors and approved by Clients in timely fashion according to cycle deadlines, chasing and supporting Contractors and Clients when needed.
- Processing time worked into contractor payments using our time sheeting and payments system, issuing payment documentation to contractors and their representative third party organisations.
- Collating accurate and detailed payment outputs and providing these to colleagues in Finance to enable payments.
Experience:
- Background in providing administrative support and coordinating operational functions in a business, ideally sales focussed.
- Customer services experience across both internal and external stakeholder groups
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial relationships in any setting with experience of preparing legal / contractual or similar documents.
- Able to demonstrate working under pressure with care and attention to detail.
- Competent with technology, proficient Microsoft Office User, experience of using databases and familiar with concepts of data analysis and data quality.
