Description

Are you a talented
Office Team Administrator or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience of supporting a team and dealing with a wide range of administrative tasks and IT queries? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Research Charity based in London.

This is a 2-month temp role with the possibility to be extended and to start ASAP. Working from most of the week near Barbican.


The Role:
In this Office Team Administrator role you'll report to the Information and System Officer


Specific tasks include:

  • To be first point of contact for any IT and system issues.
- provide support for teams setting up online or hybrid meetings.

  • To assist with improvement work for existing systems and any new system implementation work.
  • To coordinate team meetings and workshops for wider staff members.
  • To be responsible for the communications of the team to the wider organisation.
  • To carry out regular testing of the system and report any issues.
  • To assist the with the management of system including Office 365 and finance systems.

Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:

  • Some office experience liaising with external agencies.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Comfortable dealing with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Good problem solver.
  • Undertaking administrative duties.
  • Has good attention to detail, takes pride in their work.
