Are you a talented
Office Team Administrator or are you striving to be one? Can you demonstrate that you have experience of supporting a team and dealing with a wide range of administrative tasks and IT queries? If so then you could be perfect for my client, a Research Charity based in London.
The Role:
In this Office Team Administrator role you'll report to the Information and System Officer
Specific tasks include:
- To be first point of contact for any IT and system issues.
- To assist with improvement work for existing systems and any new system implementation work.
- To coordinate team meetings and workshops for wider staff members.
- To be responsible for the communications of the team to the wider organisation.
- To carry out regular testing of the system and report any issues.
- To assist the with the management of system including Office 365 and finance systems.
Additionally, it's crucial that you possess the following:
- Some office experience liaising with external agencies.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Comfortable dealing with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Good problem solver.
- Undertaking administrative duties.
- Has good attention to detail, takes pride in their work.
