Role Purpose & Responsibilities:
- Managing internal and external communication
- Operating various internal systems; from stock movement to fleet tracking
- Dealing effectively with all customers enquires and conducting investigations
- Monitor delivery performance and present data on a daily basis
- Monitoring and managing vehicle GPS tracking system
- Generate detailed KPI reports (internally and externally)
- Managing processes
- Developing standards
- Manage the control tower daily operations responsible for small team of customer service executives.
- Analyse, improve and standardise processes across the control tower and multiple outbases nationwide.
- Engage with customer stakeholders at senior level presenting service performance on a daily basis.
- Control of team budgeted hours and costs
- Responsible for maintaining the collaboration of multiple systems.
- Analysing the network performance data, including scanning and DOT performance in order to look for the continuous improvement.
- Involvement in new and ongoing projects
- Optimising the network solution based on the analyses results and trends
- Participating in meetings with customers including requirement sessions, system demos and user acceptance testing
- Deal with and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements:
- 3 years of Team leader/supervisor experience (essential)
- Ability to work is fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a small team
- Excellent IT skills and good Microsoft packages knowledge
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Have a professional and positive attitude.
- Own transport (essential)
