Shift pattern:
Mon-Fri - 37.5hrs per week (08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00)

Role Purpose & Responsibilities:


  • Managing internal and external communication
  • Operating various internal systems; from stock movement to fleet tracking
  • Dealing effectively with all customers enquires and conducting investigations
  • Monitor delivery performance and present data on a daily basis
  • Monitoring and managing vehicle GPS tracking system
  • Generate detailed KPI reports (internally and externally)
  • Managing processes
  • Developing standards
  • Manage the control tower daily operations responsible for small team of customer service executives.
  • Analyse, improve and standardise processes across the control tower and multiple outbases nationwide.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders at senior level presenting service performance on a daily basis.
  • Control of team budgeted hours and costs
  • Responsible for maintaining the collaboration of multiple systems.
  • Analysing the network performance data, including scanning and DOT performance in order to look for the continuous improvement.
  • Involvement in new and ongoing projects
  • Optimising the network solution based on the analyses results and trends
  • Participating in meetings with customers including requirement sessions, system demos and user acceptance testing
  • Deal with and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements:


  • 3 years of Team leader/supervisor experience (essential)
  • Ability to work is fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a small team
  • Excellent IT skills and good Microsoft packages knowledge
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a professional and positive attitude.
  • Own transport (essential)
