Shift pattern:
Mon-Fri - 37.5hrs per week (08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00)

Role Purpose & Responsibilities:

Managing internal and external communication
Operating various internal systems; from stock movement to fleet tracking
Dealing effectively with all customers enquires and conducting investigations
Monitor delivery performance and present data on a daily basis
Monitoring and managing vehicle GPS tracking system
Generate detailed KPI reports (internally and externally)
Managing processes
Developing standards
Manage the control tower daily operations responsible for small team of customer service executives.
Analyse, improve and standardise processes across the control tower and multiple outbases nationwide.
Engage with customer stakeholders at senior level presenting service performance on a daily basis.
Control of team budgeted hours and costs
Responsible for maintaining the collaboration of multiple systems.
Analysing the network performance data, including scanning and DOT performance in order to look for the continuous improvement.
Involvement in new and ongoing projects
Optimising the network solution based on the analyses results and trends
Participating in meetings with customers including requirement sessions, system demos and user acceptance testing
Deal with and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements:

3 years of Team leader/supervisor experience (essential)
Ability to work is fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a small team
Excellent IT skills and good Microsoft packages knowledge
Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Have a professional and positive attitude.
Own transport (essential)
