Description

Due to continued growth our global IT client based in Cirencester, offering a multitude of benefits, is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.

The day-to-day role will involve:

Process daily cash receipts
Communicate with clients regarding billing discrepancies.
Engage management over Accounts Receivable problems.
Initiate collections on pastdue accounts
Maintain accounting ledgers as required.
Assist with customer and vendor set up.
Customer Credit Checks
Process/send invoices.
Provide regular reports on the status of overdue accounts.
Carry out any such other duties from time to time required by the Company.
AAT 3 preferred but not essential
Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision is desirable but not essential.
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality

In return:

Salary up to £27k
Hours of work 9.00am 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch
