Description

Due to continued growth our global IT client based in Cirencester, offering a multitude of benefits, is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.


The day-to-day role will involve:


  • Process daily cash receipts
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing discrepancies.
  • Engage management over Accounts Receivable problems.
  • Initiate collections on pastdue accounts
  • Maintain accounting ledgers as required.
  • Assist with customer and vendor set up.
  • Customer Credit Checks
  • Process/send invoices.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of overdue accounts.
  • Carry out any such other duties from time to time required by the Company.
  • AAT 3 preferred but not essential
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision is desirable but not essential.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
