The Base Marketing team is responsible for engaging with our customers and building long lasting relationships maximising customer value and advocacy.

Through our campaigns we aim to differentiate Vodafone from our competitors and optimise our commercial performance, by being insight led and creating real mutual value for our customers and our business.

What you'll do
Drive commercial performance and efficiency across Upsell activities to the existing Vodafone customer base.

Focusing predominantly on Vodafone Insurance and SecureNet, you will work to deliver high quality campaigns that drive customer revenue and products per customer.

You will have end to end ownership of multichannel campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, campaign comms and performance analysis.


The Commercial Specialist will be expected to work with, influence and at times lead a wide range of stakeholders across business functions (Marketing, Product, Analytics and Campaign Ops) to ensure activities deliver in line with our KPI's.


  • Campaign Management: Own, optimise and grow Insurance and SecureNet activity to Vodafone customers


  • Channel Optimisation

  • Monitor and drive KPI performance across channels, working with insights to create reports to improve business understanding


  • Trading

  • Forecasting, performance management and commercial recommendations for accountable areas
  • Insight and Analysis work with analytics team to commission deep dives that uncover insight to drive decision making
  • Proposition management
- work with the central props team to develop and launch propositions for base marketing
