The Role:
ensure a smooth running operation.
They should be target focused and be able to motivate the team to ensure that all dept KPI's are met.
The Support Supervisor will learn to be an expert in the Peoplesafe service and our values to drive this in the way we run our team.
They will be a first point of contact for the team and a point of escalation for both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning of the day/week for all members of Customer Support to cover all current tasks.
- Build and maintain good knowledge of the service and understanding of how we work with the wider business.
- Work with the other Operations department Managers to ensure a great customer experience and collaborative working environment.
- Be knowledgeable on department stats via weekly reporting including CSAT and SLA's.
- Conduct regular standup meetings to share new information, overall performance and celebrate team success.
