Project Coordinator

Purpose of Role
As a project coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support for external project managers and internal business departments.


You will collaborate with Project Managers, clients and internal teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to high standards.

You will report on these activities, to ensure full transparency to clients and teams.


This role is ideal for someone with excellent time management and communication skills, and who is looking to begin a fulfilling career in a well-established organisation.


Core Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers by administrating project activities including, but not limited to, handovers to Project Managers, project invoicing, raising purchase order requests, and organising the procurement of resources, equipment and information
  • Ensure projects are set up correctly and are visible to the Project Managers
  • Accurately log invoices and purchase orders, ensuring they are reported on time and without errors
  • Ensure all required project information, such as delivery dates and requirements, is communicated to other departments
  • Proactively escalate any foreseeable issues to Project Managers as early as possible, to assist in managing client expectations and delivering successful projects
  • Request technical visits, making sure work instructions and install information is provided by the relevant departments to support the site works
  • Provide meeting minutes and allocate actions when required
  • Monitor project progress and communicate any issues that arise to relevant departments
  • Act as a point of contact between Project Managers and internal teams
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, uploading information in line with client requirements and time frames
  • Provide any additional functions as required by the Project Manager to ensure successful project completion

Salary:
£18,525.00-£22,155.00 per year
