Are you an experienced Estimator looking to work with a company that prioritizes sustainable growth and innovation?

Contract Scotland are working closely with a design and build contractor, based in Glasgow, to recruit a Senior Estimator to join their established commercial team.

They specialise in providing a comprehensive construction experience and have established a positive reputation in the industry, resulting in successful growth over recent years.

As Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Preparation of cost estimates.
Takeoffs from drawings.
Production of highquality and costeffective tenders from first principles.
Effective risk analysis.
Attending client meetings.
Establishing the requirements of clients and offering recommendations/solutions.
Liaising with Commercial, Contracts and Administration departments.

To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable estimating experience within the construction industry and a strong knowledge of Scottish supply networks and material prices.
