• Coordinate and manage the proposal development process from start to finish
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary information for proposals
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates
• Conduct research on potential clients and competitors to tailor proposals to their needs
• Manage proposal timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and other supporting materials for proposals
• Track and report on proposal metrics and outcomes
• Assist with marketing for the business

• Proven experience in proposal coordination or a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
• Familiarity with the proposal development process and best practices
