We are recruiting a
Global Marketing Planning Lead to focus on the development of our global marketing strategy and high level plans to support delivery of the business plan.


We are looking for an expert strategic analytical problem solver, with excellent commercial understanding and leadership skills, and ability to encourage and build positive relationships with team members.


What you'll do:


  • Lead the evolution of long and short term marketing strategy and respective financial plan
  • Provide recommendations and achieve agreement at senior leadership level
  • Own internal stakeholder relationships for marketing, influencing plans to ensure holistic approach and the plan meeting broader business needs.
  • Manage governance processes and manage a complex set of senior external marketing stakeholders, acting as a planning interface to partners such as joint businesses and codeshare partners, UK government marketing functions and key tourist boards
  • Drive the development of BA's audience strategy and segmentation and work with customer insight to ensure the marketing strategy meets the needs of key target customer segments
  • Provide leadership, training and management for Marketing Planning Manager

What you will bring to the team:

  • Experience in analysing data and trends with a purpose of the creation of and implementation of strategic work.
  • Capacity for driving transformational change in an organisation.
  • Experience of successful leadership of cross functional projects.
  • Strong awareness of multimedia consumer behaviour.
  • Experience creation and embedding of customer segmentation.
  • High level of cultural awareness and experience of working globally/with international audiences.
