Are you an extremely pro-active individual, well organised with an administrative flair? Then we want to hear from you (Experience within the beauty and aesthetics industry would be an advantage)


As a result of continued growth and expansion, Derma Group Ltd is looking for a highly motivated, flexible individual who is able to carry out a number of daily administrative tasks as well act as a personal assistant to both CEOS / Managing Directors of the business.


Working hours
  • Monday to Friday
- 9am - 5pm, no weekend work

Responsibilities:


  • Answer all telephone calls (inbound)
  • Make telephone calls (outbound) as and when required
  • Liase with internal departments (sales, finance, marketing) on various daily tasks
  • Communicate directly with both CEOs of the business
  • Organise CEO's diaries and sales training diaries
  • Carry out various administrative duties and various adhoc office administrative tasks, dependent on current business requirements
  • Manage companies main internal order database and ensure it is kept up to date regarding order processing, order dispatches.
  • Create necessary spreadsheets, workflows etc, to track various business processes and tasks on behalf of various internal departments
  • Implement new processes and systems as and when required
  • Help create and implement new ideas within the business as and when required to help aid business growth and streamline various processes as and when required
  • Ensure confidential information is kept secure at all times regarding business processes

Essential Requirements

  • Have a polite, professional and friendly personality
  • Extremely proactive and wellorganised
  • A forward thinker who can work under pressure
  • Administration experience an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Personal Assistant experience an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Confidentiality is a must, as well as a transparent attitude at all times
  • Have a warm, friendly and polite personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Possess a highly positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Is confident with an excellent clear voice and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT and organisational skills


  • Computer literate

  • Word, Excel, Sales CRMs, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Ability to work independently and be responsible for own workload and time

Job Types:

£24,000.00 per year
