Are you an experienced telesales person with the passion and ambition to take on a new role within a thriving start-up?

We have a new opportunity for a Telesales role, working for a company where you are truly recognised for your efforts and rewarded


This package offers a hybrid working model, split between the offices based in Horsham and working from home as suits.

Offering a basic starting salary of £27k plus bonus, pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.


Your position is central in developing the brand message amongst our target audiences and driving the early engagement with potential new accounts from across the construction industry (manufacturers, fire inspectors, contractors and building owners).


Working closely with the onboarding and technical teams, you will develop sales strategies alongside the marketing team which will then result in presenting to clients and reporting activities through the CRM Hubspot software.


Due to the nature of this role and age of the company, a self-starter needing low level management is key.

You will be encouraged and trusted to manage your own diary as well as requested to bring new ideas to the table.

A confident personality, strong dooropener and keen relationship builder.
