Description
Tate Winchester have an exciting opportunity for a German and Dutch-speaking customer service advisor to work with one of our most popular clients as a Technical Customer Service Advisors in the Andover area.
Job Duties
Some of the daily duties for this customer service role include:
- Handling first line contact from customers in managing through after-sales issues with machinery and system operation through to resolution.
- Escalating customer management to appropriate team member if unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner and in line with the company's customer protocol and individual service level agreements
- Processing new customer accounts to set customers up on the CRM system
- Ensuring all asset serial numbers are accurate on the CRM system
Hours
Full-time hours Monday-Friday (exact hours to be determined)
Our ideal customer service advisors will meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years customer services experience (preferably a call center)
- Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering customer service
- Experience of using CRM/Sales force or an equivalent system
- Fluent in German and Dutch
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
