We'll need you to deliver effective solutions to our customers - predominantly through our market-leading product, OneHub - ensuring that we use technology to create exceptional employee experiences.

You will be offering advice to customers on benefit options within the flexible benefit scheme, writing scheme designs for a range of products, working closely with the wider team to deliver on the agreed scheme designs, and proactively managing the customer relationship.

Internally you will be responsible for training, coaching and delegating to those within the team.

We're looking for someone with experience within the online or flexible benefits sector ideally with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as you'll be regularly presenting to customers.

You'll need to have an ability to build relationships quickly at all levels - and in varying types of organisations - so that you are seen as a trusted advisor who can push boundaries, achieve results and exceed customer expectations.

You will also need an eye for detail as you'll be responsible for creating the complex scheme designs, customer documentation and reports.

You need to be comfortable taking ownership for customers with a delivery-focused outlook, proactively managing your own time, and being open to new ideas.

You will be comfortable leading projects from the consulting perspective - coaching and delegating effectively tasks to the rest of the project team and focusing on the more complex areas.

Ideally you'll have experience in the following:
= Successfully managing customer engagement, ideally either in an Human Resources, Tech, Finance or Consultancy role.

= You will also be able to prioritise and manage competing demands within a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.

= Any exposure to the employee benefits landscape would be a big advantage.
