Who are we looking for?:


  • 1+ year of experience in Recruitment.
  • Confidence to pick up the phone and make calls.

Must-haves:


  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Interest in growing and developing professionally.


  • Good IT skills

  • Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have:


  • Healthcare experience (either personally or as a recruiter).

Not doing?:


  • Business development. We know its not for everyone.

If you don't want to do BD, but can fill roles and maybe in the future manage clients, that's cool - We've got space for you.
