Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
- Create and maintain accurate reports of customer interactions and payment status
- Analyze financial data and credit history to assess risk
- Utilize case management software for data entry and reporting
- Implement collection strategies to minimize bad debts
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to phone etiquette standards
- Liaising with shareholders to provide updates and discuss debts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Credit Controller
- IT literacy, experience with MS Office and case management softwares
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Pay:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
