We are looking for individuals who are forward thinking and entrepreneurial, as well as being able to demonstrate a confident manner and a determination to succeed.

Working alongside the Legal director you will be given the support needed to succeed andrun your own business with mínimal supervision.

A modest initial investment may be required to secure your position as a Consultant with Browns Recruitment Group which will be used for initial business set up/advertising costs.

What we offer in return;

Whilst you will be working on a Self Employed basis, we will provide you with all the support/resources you need to be successful for the long term.

You will receive a flat 30% of any billings you make in one month up to £10,000

You will receive 35% of any billings you make £10,000 or above in the same month.

Our offices are based in an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from Worthing beach, local shops outside our door, various travel options, local train station/bus routes.
