Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently supporting our Rochester based client who is currently looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk for an on-going temporary assignment to last up to 3 months.
The Duties:
- Produce sales invoices from customer orders
- Check invoices to make sure that they are accurate
- Checking invoices against despatch notes and make sure goods have been sent
- Posting payments to the ledger
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Raising credit notes when required
