Description
Planning, monitoring and maintaining suitable inventory levels- Placing orders with our suppliers and tracking those orders until delivery
- Ensure thorough record management
- Set up new products to the system
- Ensuring the swift processing of all incoming and outgoing stock
- Support the administrative duties in the procurement department
- Assist across the business with the cancelling and amending of purchase orders
- Follow up on order delays & errors, to find a solution and prevent recurring issues
- Coordinate freight and logistics companies to fit with collection schedules as required
Personnel Specification
- Excellent Numeracy and analytical Skills
- 5 GCSEs or Equivalent Grade C or Above including English and Maths
- 3 Years Experience working in a previous Stock related role is desirable
- Be able to demonstrate experience in meeting targets and strict deadlines
- Excellent IT Skills, Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team
- Pay attention to detail
