The role
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations and Servicing, you will work across all elements of Landbay operations


These include:
-
Funder operations: BAU admin responsibilities with our institutional funders. This includes financial and MI reporting, and using Landbay's data platforms and analytical skill to respond to queries from funders, auditors and rating agencies.

Financial operations: Manage BAU funding processes to run daily reconciliation report and ensure sufficient funds in place for new mortgage completions and facilitate payments to solicitors. In conjunction with our third-party mortgage servicer, reconcile and sweep mortgage repayments.

Operational improvement: Working closely with our Product and Technology teams to define requirements for system and process improvements as the company scales.

Servicing operations: Assisting servicing team with BAU admin responsibilities, including responding to referrals and liaising with our third-party servicer to resolve any issues identified.


Desired Skills & Experience
Essential

  • Great numerical and analytical skills, with fine attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines, in a fastmoving environment where priorities can change.
  • Able to work both independently and as a member of a team.
  • A good working knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • A good sense of humor.
Desired

Nice to have but not essential:

  • Degree qualification
  • Knowledge in using business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Looker.
  • Knowledge of different funding models and securitization transactions.

Location & Logistics
Position is based in Victoria, central London, reporting to the Head of Operations and Servicing.
