    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gorebridge for a Roofing Estimator. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for evaluating roofing projects, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with clients and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include site visits, measuring and analyzing project specifications, and submitting detailed bids and proposals. The role also involves reviewing project requirements, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and maintaining accurate records of estimates and project costs.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in roofing estimation, construction project management, and cost estimation
    • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Understanding of industry regulations and standards
    • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
    • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
