An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary Driving General Operative to join a Housing Association based in Norwich to start as soon as possible.


Pay Rate:
- £18.00 per hour (Umbrella Rate)


Location:


  • Norwich however will be required to travel throughout the country (throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk).

Hours:

  • 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm Monday to Friday)

You will be required to:

  • Work will include General Operative duties such as the collecting and disposing of rubbish and unwanted items to the Association's sites.
  • Clearing out Void properties as and when requested.
  • Collecting waste, disused kitchen units, bathroom suites etc. and disposing of them in accordance with the Association's procedures.
  • Carry out minor works and minor repairs in line with capabilities.
  • You will deal with tenant enquiries and respond in a professional manner reporting anything back to the relevant Local Delivery Manager / Local Delivery Team Leader as and when required.
  • Often working without supervision, you will deal with the responsive repairs and void areas of the business but will from time to time be requested to work within other areas of the business as required.
