Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Data collection, management and organisation.
  • Manage online portals to ensure information is recorded safely, promptly and correctly.
  • Support the surveying team in delivering a highquality service. Ensuring that workloads are handled in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain high customer service levels.
  • Build, maintain and enhance relationships with our clients.
  • Integrate into our team and build positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Gather full details about new work requests when they arise.
  • Management of work request allocations.
  • Support senior surveyors, with the current caseload of surveys and assessments. Assisting with the handling of data and reports from instruction to completion.
  • File management.
  • Diary management.
  • Carry out tasks with skill, care and diligence, in accordance with expected market and company standards.
  • Quality checking reports.
  • Contribute to the continuous business improvement process and to the meeting of business objectives.
  • To be an ambassador for the company at all times, internally and externally.
  • Comply with health and safety policy and safe working practices.

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
