We are recruiting for a Press Setter/Operator in the Bilston area. (WV14 0QL)

Details of a Press Setter/Operator

  • Monday
  • Friday
  • Rotating shifts 05:45am 14:00pm / 14:15pm 22:30pm.
- £ £15.62ph, depending on experience.

  • Temp
  • Perm
  • Bilston

Role of a Press Setter/Operator

  • Reading and interpretating drawings.
  • Working independently and from initiative.
  • Set up and operate press machines according to specifications.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on press machines.

Experience requirements of a Press Setter/Operator

  • Familiar with Amada and or/ Bystronic CNC brake presses.
  • Must have overhead crane experience.
  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication process.
  • Basic maths skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.

Salary:
£13.80-£15.62 per hour
