Assistant Manager - New Store Opening - Bluewater - £28,000 plus commission, OTE £40k

Zachary Daniels is looking for an Assistant Manager a brand-new store for a market leading fashion retailer in Bluewater As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be able to recruit, develop, motive and drive a team to deliver an outstanding service to newclients and customers.

As the Assistant Manager you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service.

We want a passionate retail leader who is excited to be managing andcontrolling budgets and driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a retailer who are growing and can demonstrate consistently strong results and have plans to push forward in the next 12 months.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be able to demonstrate a strong management career insectors such as fashion, RTW, footwear, jewellery, watches or cosmetics - premium/luxury brands preferred.

Assistant Manager duties:

Have high visual standards across all store areas
Drive performance and sales through a luxury experience and service
Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
Enjoy what you do and show this to your team
Personal service and 121 customer engagement

What we want on our new Assistant Manager:

Luxury or premium retail experience in retail management or senior management
Able to manage KPIs and budgets to improve current store performance
Has a track record of driving sales and performance
Experienced visual merchandiser
Motivate teams
Enjoys retail and makes sure it's a fun place to work
